Refunds are permitted on digital products. Customers may request a refund on digital products sold within 5 calendar days of purchase.

The following entitle a customer to a refund:

The product was not delivered to the customer.

The product was not available for download by the customer.

The product file was corrupt.

The customer repurchased the product after an initial purchase in error.

The product was not quality (in other words, the product contains provable errors or inaccuracies).

If the above conditions are not met, the Operator reserves the right to reject the refund.

Products may be returned due to incompatibility with a customer’s software or device, but please contact Operator first.

No refunds are permitted on the sale of services. All sales are final.

If we accept your return, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
